Privacy notice
Your enquiry and photographs are used to assess your case and contact you about it. Access is limited to clinical and reception staff and the technical providers needed to run the service. Photos are not published or used in marketing without your separate written consent. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and photos at any time, unless you become a patient and medical-record requirements mean we must keep them.
This notice describes what happens to information you give us through this website: what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect, and why
When the form is connected, once you enter an email address or phone number, your contact details, answers and visit information may be sent as an unfinished enquiry when you advance a step, leave the page or hide the tab. This can happen before you tick the final consent box. The clinic may contact you about an unfinished enquiry. Photos are sent only with final submission.
| Information | Why we need it | When it is sent |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, email address, phone number and country | To identify you, reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. | May be sent as an unfinished enquiry before final submission, once you enter an email address or phone number. |
| Photographs of your scalp, hairline or the area you want treatedHealth data | So a surgeon can assess your donor area and give you a graft estimate. This is the only reason they are requested. | Only with final submission, after you tick the consent box. Photos are not included in unfinished enquiries. |
| What you would like treated, and any notes you addHealth data | To route your enquiry to the right surgeon and prepare for the assessment. | May be sent with an unfinished enquiry before final submission, as well as with the completed form. |
| How you heard about us, referring site, landing and submission pages, and campaign details | To understand which channels bring patients to us. Held with your enquiry rather than as an anonymous statistic, because it is only meaningful alongside the case. | May be sent with an unfinished enquiry before final submission, as well as with the completed form. |
Your photographs and what you tell us about your hair loss are health information. The checkbox is required for final submission, including any photos. It does not control earlier transmissions of contact details and answers. If you stop after giving contact details, the unfinished enquiry is sent to the clinic and handled like any other enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and photographs are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, and then deleted. If you become a patient, your records are kept for the period Georgian medical-records law requires.
Who else sees it
Access is limited to clinical and reception staff and the technical providers needed to run the service. Your enquiry is not sold or shared with another clinic or advertiser.
The form uses these services:
- Netlify – hosts the site, receives completed and unfinished enquiries, and stores them and any submitted photos in private storage.
- Resend and the clinic's email service – deliver the enquiry notification to the clinic. It contains your contact details, answers and private links to stored photos, not photo attachments.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled – checks for automated submissions; verification includes the visitor's IP address.
Fonts are served from this site's own files, not Google's font service.
Analytics and advertising cookies
With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram. They set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. A completed enquiry is reported to them as a conversion, without your name, contact details, answers or photos.
Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first; elsewhere these cookies are on until you reject them. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.
What this site stores in your browser
The site uses browser storage for form drafts and visit information. These records are not cookies. When the form is connected, details can also be sent with unfinished enquiries; they do not stay only in your browser until final submission.
- Your form draft. Text answers, contact details, selected choices and your current step are saved in this browser as you go. Photos are not saved in the draft. Saved drafts have no automatic expiry. Clear this site's browser data to remove them; doing so does not delete information already sent to the clinic.
- How you arrived. The referring site, landing page and campaign details from the page address are stored for the browser session. They are sent with unfinished and completed enquiries, along with the page you submit from.
- Your enquiry identifier. A browser-session identifier links updates to the same enquiry. The backend records the step reached and submission timestamps, and records consent when you complete the form.
