What determines your price?

Four things move the figure. None of them can be settled from a price list alone, which is why the assessment comes before the quote.

01

The number of grafts

By far the largest factor. Restoring a receding hairline and restoring a bald crown are different procedures at different prices.

02

Your donor area

Donor density sets the ceiling on what is achievable. It also determines whether the result can be reached in one session or needs two.

03

The method

Non-Shave FUE and Long Hair transplantation take longer per graft than standard FUE, and that time is reflected in the price.

04

Whether it is corrective work

Repairing a previous transplant means working around existing scarring and depleted donor supply. It is assessed case by case.

How many grafts your case is likely to need

The graft count is what the price is built from, so it is the figure to establish first. These are the ranges each case usually falls in.

Case Grafts Notes
Receding hairline (Norwood III) 1,500 – 2,500 The temples and the frontal hairline rebuilt.
Hairline and mid-scalp 2,500 – 3,500 The commonest single procedure.
Extensive loss including the crown from 4,000 Cases requiring 8,000–10,000 grafts or more are staged; the first stage is typically about 4,500 grafts.
Eyebrow 150 – 350 per brow Single-hair grafts only. Lower count, slower work.

How one session is planned by method

Session capacity depends on the method, the donor area and the clinical plan. Large FUE cases may be staged; Strip is planned by the dimensions of the donor strip rather than a promised graft count.

  • Advanced FUE up to 6,000 grafts when clinically required
  • Non-Shave FUE up to 3,000 grafts in one day; up to 6,000 over two days
  • Long Hair (LHT) up to 2,500 grafts in one day; up to 5,000 over two days
  • Strip (FUT) planned by strip dimensions, not a fixed graft count

Non-hair services – dermatocosmetology, plastic surgery, rheumatology and aesthetic gynaecology – are priced on their own pages.

Six questions to ask of any quote

Including ours. These separate two prices far more reliably than the headline figure, and the answers are what the assessment gives you in writing.

  1. Is the number in grafts or in hairs? 2,000 grafts is roughly 4,000–5,000 hairs – the same figure describes very different procedures.
  2. Is the count confirmed during surgery, or quoted beforehand and never checked again?
  3. Who performs the extraction and creates the recipient sites – a surgeon, or a technician?
  4. Does the quote cover the consultation, the anaesthesia, medication at discharge and follow-up reviews?
  5. Is a second session likely, and what would it cost?
  6. What happens, and who pays, if the result needs correcting?
Before you compare quotes

A price per graft only means something if the graft count is real

Graft count is what a transplant is priced on, and it is the easiest figure in this industry to overstate. A quote given in hairs, not grafts describes a substantially smaller procedure for the same money. A count reported after surgery cannot be checked by the person who paid for it.

We quote in grafts, count them as they are extracted with the running total visible to you, and record the confirmed figure in your medical file.

If you are travelling to Georgia

Many of our patients travel for treatment, so the number that matters is the cost of the trip, not just the procedure. Budget for the following alongside your quote.

Time on the ground

A one-day procedure usually involves a three- to four-day visit. Non-Shave FUE above 3,000 grafts and Long Hair Transplantation above 2,500 grafts take two surgical days. Confirm your full visit schedule and any additional hotel nights with the clinic before booking flights.

Flights and accommodation

Three hotel nights are included in the international package. Flights are booked and paid for separately by the patient.

Transfers and language

Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport is included. Interpreting support is arranged for international patients.

Follow-up after you leave

One year of follow-up is done remotely, so there is no cost in returning to Georgia for routine follow-up.

Questions about cost

Anything not covered here, ask at the assessment – the quote is confirmed before you commit to a date.

How much does a hair transplant cost in Georgia?

International packages start at $3,850 for Advanced FUE, $4,900 for Non-Shave FUE and $6,750 for Long Hair Transplantation (LHT FUE), each for up to 3,000 grafts (2,500 for LHT). The package price depends on the method and graft range.

Why is a hair transplant cheaper in Georgia than in Europe?

Operating costs – salaries, facilities, overheads – are lower in Georgia than in Western Europe, and that difference shows up in the price rather than in the surgery. The technique, the equipment and the graft counts are the same ones used anywhere else.

Why choose you over a cheaper clinic in Türkiye?

Compare what the quoted number actually counts before you compare the prices. A quote in hairs, not grafts describes a much smaller procedure for the same money, and a count reported after surgery cannot be checked. We quote in grafts, count them during extraction, and give you the confirmed figure in writing.

Is the price per graft or per session?

A package price, based on the method and graft range. The surgeon first confirms the graft estimate and whether the donor area can safely support it.

What is included in the international patient package?

Airport–hotel transfers, three hotel nights, preoperative PRP and laboratory tests, the procedure, postoperative medications and supplements, hair-care products for six months, postoperative dressing, an optional Tbilisi city tour and one year of remote follow-up. Flights are not included.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. Send photographs of your donor and recipient areas for a free preliminary assessment, graft estimate and indicative quote. We aim to reply within two working days and will let you know if more information or review is needed.

What should I check is included in a quote?

Whether the number is in grafts or in hairs, whether the count is confirmed during surgery or only quoted beforehand, who performs the extraction and creates the recipient sites, whether consultation, anaesthesia, discharge medication and follow-up reviews are covered, whether a second session is likely, and what happens if the result needs correcting. Those six questions separate two quotes far more reliably than the headline figure does.
